• Board - The cabinet body is made of particleboard from the well- known global manufacturer of panel materials, Kronospan. The decor 0171 PE has an emission class E1, with a thickness of 16 mm
• Equipment - The production process involves the use of the latest equipment from leading global manufacturers, including well-known brands such as Biesse and CEFLA Finishing from Italy, Holzma from Germany, and others
• Edgeband - All edges are covered with ABS edgeband from the company Rehau, using high-temperature adhesives from Henkel. The edgeband has a gray shade that harmoniously complements the decor of the particleboard 0171 PE.
• Packaging - The product bodies are disassembled and placed in cardboard packaging covered with a protective film. This provides an advantage in terms of compact dimensions, allowing for space and volume savings during transportation and storage of the bodies

The cabinet body is constructed from high-quality particleboard (LDSF) sourced from the globally renowned Kronospan conglomerate. Adorned with decor 0171 RE and boasting an E1 emission class, the 16mm thickness ensures robustness and durability.
All edges are elegantly finished with Rehau's ABS edging, applied with high-temperature adhesives from Henkel. The gray decor shade of the edging harmoniously complements the 0171 RE particleboard decor. This cutting-edge technology provides numerous benefits: a) Aesthetic appeal; b) Additional protection against potential formaldehyde emissions, elevating the ecological safety and human well-being of the product; c) Additional defense against moisture penetration into the particleboard and mechanical damage to the edges.
The product arrives disassembled in compact cardboard boxes covered with a protective film, showcasing the advantage of small dimensions, optimizing space and volume during transportation and storage.
Inside the packaging, a step-by-step instruction manual facilitates the quick and precise assembly of components into the final product, utilizing the minifix quick-mounting hardware from the German company Hattich. Shelves within the cabinets are not only adjustable in height but can also be fully demounted, featuring a locking mechanism to prevent independent forward extension.
Upper cabinets feature universal hangers with adjustable options, accommodating a full load capacity of 100 kg per pair of hangers.
Similarly, ourlower kitchen cabinets are designed for maximum utility and style, making them a perfect addition to any modern kitchen setup.
Cabinets are additionally equipped with doors on hinges. The hinges feature a soft-closing system designed for 30,000 cycles of opening and closing, ensuring smooth and quiet operation.
