Now there won't be any confusion when it comes to cutting the cheese. Each brightly colored knife in this four piece set is labeled accordingly along the blade. The Medium knife has prongs for slicing and pciking up semi-soft or semi-firm cheeses like Chedder, Mozzerella, Havarti and Gouda. The Soft knife has a narrow blade to cleanly slice pieces of cheese like Brie, Camembert, Jack and Jarlsberg. The Crumbly knife is for cheeses like Feta and Gorgonzola. The Hard knife is for cheeses like Parmesan, Asiago and Aged Chedder. Solid stainless steel. Each knife measures approximately 5-inches long. Dishwasher safe.
