Rokubegama bagan in late Edo period (1771)when the founder Rokubei Kiyomizu opend a kiln in Gojozaka, kyoto. Since then, for more than 250 years, each generation of the head of the family has brought out to the world works that make the most of their respective characteristics on top of the family tradition. Currently, under the supervision of Yatsushiro Rokubei, we are making products that match modern lifestyles, such as tableware, flower vases, interiors, and tea pots, while making the most of traditional Kyoyaki style.
