Our Egyptian hand makers use raw virgin copper and old world simple primitive tools to handcraft copper sinks. Unlike copper sinks in other parts of the world made from recycled scrap copper. Our hand made sinks draws inspirations from our buyers, antique dealers, decorators, shop owners, artists, contractors, interior designers, architects, builders and collectors. We custom make sizes, shapes, textures and finishes per request.
Copper has the best combined properties of any other metals as it is durable, recyclable, earth friendly, natural and reusable. Copper has been used for buildings, bridges, weapons, decorative jewelry and hand tools for long time through history. Copper is highly sensitive to heat conduction, spreads heat evenly and saves energy. Copper cookware comes in original bare surface or tin lined based on type of the food.
Copper reacts with various elements through time. Natural copper oxidation will add beauty to any decor. Enamel clear wax will help to minimize the oxidation process. Copper maintenance includes avoiding water spots and using soft cloth and regular water to clean copper surface.
Our copper bathroom sinks products are lead and mercury free, eco-friendly and green solution to implement the practices that will lead to healthier living for the planet and our future generations. We do not use recycled copper to hand make our copper sinks. We use pure, virgin unsealed copper.
